If you want to exchange any of our products, you must do so within a calendar period of 30 days after making the purchase.
Our Promotional Garments can only be exchanged for size NOT for another reference and will be subject to inventory availability.
The garment must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must retain its label and original packaging.
Product change by size, reference or color: it can only be done once and for products with a value equal to or greater than the original, paying the surplus.
The cost of shipping and returning the product will be assumed by the customer. If it is for warranty, the shipping cost will be assumed by Maillot USA.
Our garments have a 3-month warranty, for imperfect seams or if the garment fades, but you must take care of it into account, said garment will be reviewed by our quality team to determine its total change or repair. If the garment has been repaired, it will be returned to the customer within a maximum period of 3 weeks.
Once the product is back in our warehouse, we will verify the conditions in which it is found and Maillot USA will have 5 business days to inform you if the product meets the established criteria to make the change, in the event that the product does not comply with the exchange and warranty policies, you will be informed by email of the reason why the exchange is not applicable and said product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
You have 5 business days following the purchase to make use of the right of withdrawal and request a refund of your money, if the garment is not correct or you are not satisfied with your order. Keep in mind that the product must be in the condition in which you received it. The money will be reflected in your account within 30 business days of the request as long as your request is approved.
