EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICIES

Product Exchanges
You may request a product exchange within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Items on sale or promotion can only be exchanged for a different size, not for another style or color, and are subject to inventory availability.
Only one (1) exchange is allowed per item, whether for size, color, or style. Exchanges are only valid for products of equal or greater value, with the customer covering any price difference.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges (both sending and returning).
If the exchange is due to a warranty claim, Maillot Cycling Miami will cover the shipping expenses.
Product Warranty
All garments come with a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, such as seam flaws or fabric discoloration.
Each product will be reviewed by our quality control team to determine if it qualifies for a full replacement or repair.
If the item is repairable, it will be returned to the customer within a maximum of 3 weeks.
Product Condition Review
Once the item is returned to our warehouse, Maillot Cycling Miami will evaluate its condition within 5 business days.
If it meets the requirements, the exchange or warranty process will proceed.
If it does not qualify, the customer will receive an email explanation, and the item will be returned to the original shipping address.
Right of Withdrawal (Refunds)
You may request a full refund within 5 business days of purchase if the item is incorrect or you are not satisfied.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days from the request date.

In-Store Returns

Online Returns
Offer customers to choose an item they want to return, print a prepaid label, and drop it at the post office.
Express Pickup
If it’s possible to call or fill out a form for courier pickup, offer customers this option.
