1. Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Typical order dispatch time is within 48 hours.

3. Shipping Restrictions Currently, we only ship within the 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Bicycle Shipping Due to logistical restrictions, some bicycles are only available for in-store pickup.
5. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
6. Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
